  • We will send you an invitation from TREC to move your license.  Our LLC lic# 9004558
  • Click HERE for ABOR license move info
  • Continue with ABOR process then click on our link below to make initial payment to us.
  • Please make payment of $350 1 time set-up fee (use debit or credit card) here:  TexasRealty.us Payment screen.  There is a $75 month recurring fee about the 1st of every month... (first month fee is due the month following the month you joined us) - you can set up an auto recurring payments

  • Make sure you soon receive our link to the standard forms that you will need to sign and send back to us: 
  • 1) Our Policies & Procedures Manual and the ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT for it.
  • 2) Our Independent Contractor Agreement and STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING for it.
  • 3) Your W9


Make sure you have our brokerage name & license # (TexasRealty.us lic# 9004558) on the footer of all your websites & marketing materials/signs/biz cards... etc...
