You own the LLC Brokerage (Lenny is just the managing broker of record) you pay us nothing else... no transaction fees... you manage all your agents and their transactions (Lenny will need access for whatever system you use for transaction management, i.e.,, Transaction Desk (recommended), Skyslope, DotLoop, Docusign Transaction Rooms, etc..)
